TK688 Verification Fast KYC Approval in Bangladesh
Every verified TK688 account clears review within 24 hours of a complete upload. We need one valid government photo ID (NID, passport, or driving license) together with a selfie in which you hold that same document next to your face.
Sounds simple — and for most players it is. The submissions that stall almost always trip on the same five issues: a name that doesn't match the bKash wallet, blurred or dim photography, an expired document, cropped edges hiding key details, or a selfie where the ID text isn't legible.
Follow the checklist on this page and you'll clear KYC on attempt number one. New here? Start with our brand introduction or jump straight to login, then hit the casino floor, browse slots, place a wager on sports, or install the mobile app while your documents are reviewed.
Three pieces, one clean submission
1. Personal details form
Complete this section inside your profile under Account → Verification:
- • Nickname — the handle other players see in tournaments and live chat
- • Email address — identical to the one used at signup
- • Full legal name — spelled exactly as it appears on your chosen ID. This name must also match the account holder on your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. A mismatch here is the number one cause of blocked withdrawals later, not just KYC delays.
- • Contact number — the same mobile number you registered with
- • Document type — pick NID, passport, or driving license
- • Document number — the serial printed on the ID you plan to upload
2. Government ID photograph
Upload a crisp image or scan of the ID you selected:
| Document | Required capture |
|---|---|
| NID (Bangladesh Smart Card or paper NID) | Front and back — face side with photograph plus reverse with address block and barcode |
| Passport | The biodata page only, including the machine-readable zone |
| Driving licence | Both faces if the licence prints information on the back |
Technical requirements:
- ✓ JPG, PNG, or PDF format only
- ✓ Under 5 MB per attachment
- ✓ Four corners of the document fully in frame
- ✓ No flash reflection covering printed text
- ✓ Sharp resolution when zoomed to full size
- ✓ Document laid flat — no tilted or warped angles
3. Selfie holding the ID
A live photograph of yourself with the ID document held beside your face.
- 📸 Your face — sharp, unobstructed, well lit
- 📸 The ID card or passport page — sharp and unobstructed
- 📸 Printed name and document number — clearly legible
This selfie is the safeguard against fraudsters using someone else's stolen documents. The face in the photo has to visibly match the face printed on the ID. Need help with the process? The five rejection triggers we log every week
Name on the form differs from the name on the ID
Type the name character for character as printed on your document, including the order of parts.
Bangladeshi NIDs sometimes list names differently from how holders introduce themselves day to day — follow whatever the card shows. A dropped middle name or reversed word order is enough to bounce your file.
If the name you commonly use differs from your ID, always default to the ID version. Our systems chain matches across four points: registration form → ID document → mobile wallet → bank account. Break any link and either verification or a future withdrawal will halt. Explore the full games catalogue once your identity is locked in correctly.
Document has already expired
Any passport, NID, or driving licence past its validity date is auto-rejected.
Renew the document before submitting. If you're mid-renewal and only have the temporary receipt from the issuing authority, message support first — in certain cases we can pair an expired ID with a valid renewal slip during the transition period, but this needs manual approval.
Selfie doesn't render ID text clearly
This single issue drives more than half of all rejections. The details on the ID — name, photo, number — must be readable in the selfie, not merely present.
Frequent mistakes we see:
- Document held too far from the lens, so text pixelates
- Ceiling light bouncing off the plastic and washing out fields
- Fingers covering the photo, name line, or barcode
- Photo taken in dim rooms without proper lighting
- Smartphone autofocus locking onto the face and blurring the card
The right technique: stand near a window for natural daylight, hold the ID flat against your upper chest just below the chin, tap the screen to focus on the card itself, and confirm both your face and every printed line look sharp before pressing capture.
Mobile wallet is registered under a different name
Your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account has to belong to the same person named on the verified ID.
A wallet held by "Rafiq Islam" cannot fund or receive payouts from a TK688 account verified as "Rafiqul Islam Chowdhury". Even minor spelling drift will trip the anti-fraud filter.
Solution: re-register the wallet using the exact name printed on your ID, or open a support ticket if you have a legitimate legal name change to document (marriage certificate, court order, etc.).
Proof-of-address information doesn't align with your profile
For larger cash-outs we may ask for an address proof (utility bill, bank statement, or telco invoice dated within the past three months). The residential address printed there must match what you entered when you registered with us.
Solution: update your registered address through support before uploading the proof document, or supply a proof that mirrors the address already on file. Once cleared, verified players can access every product listed on our official channels page.
How TK688 handles your submitted documents
Submit everything together
Your form details, ID scan, and selfie must all reach us in one complete submission through the verification portal. Fragmented uploads cause avoidable delays because our reviewer cannot proceed while a piece is missing from your file.
First-pass review (within a few hours)
An agent opens your case and confirms the fundamentals:
- Are all documents legible and complete?
- Do the personal details on the form match the ID?
- Does the selfie show your face and the document together?
Deep verification (finishes within 24 hours)
A senior compliance officer runs your documents against fraud registries and confirms the identity is genuine.
This stage takes the majority of the total wait. We cannot shortcut it — the cross-checks require actual human judgment and time-consuming database queries.
Confirmation email arrives
You receive an email announcing that verification is complete. Your profile inside your account flips to verified status, and standard withdrawal limits become active immediately.
New privileges unlocked after verification
After your KYC is cleared, these become available:
There is no periodic re-verification cycle. One clean pass and the requirement is settled permanently.
A straight explanation, no corporate filler
Verification isn't pointless paperwork. Four real purposes it serves:
Anti-money laundering (AML) obligations
Licensing conditions mandate identity checks for any account that ever withdraws funds. This standard applies uniformly across regulated markets worldwide — Malta, the UK, Curacao, and every serious jurisdiction.
The framework blocks criminals from using licensed platforms to launder illicit funds.
Fraud protection for your account
Compromised accounts are the leading fraud channel in online gaming. A stolen password (from a breach, phishing message, or reused credentials) lets an attacker drain funds by pushing withdrawals to their own wallet.
KYC ensures every payout goes to a source tied to a verified ID. Even a stolen password doesn't let an attacker redirect your money — they'd need your identity documents too.
Keeping minors off the platform
Regulatory rules and Bangladeshi social norms prohibit gambling by anyone below 18. Your ID documents display date of birth clearly.
If a user is under 18, the account is closed and any deposited balance is returned to the original payment source.
One account per person enforcement
KYC lets us detect if a single individual attempts to register multiple accounts using the same ID — a practice explicitly forbidden under the Terms of Service.
FAQ focused specifically on verification
The 24-hour figure is an upper limit, not a target. Faster clearance depends on how sharp your documents are and current queue volume. See our general FAQ for more processing details.
Any single one of the three accepted documents is enough. If none of them are available to you, reach out to support — a small set of alternative documents can be accepted in exceptional cases.
They are only ever shared with regulators when formally compelled. We never sell them, and support staff cannot view them beyond what's required for one specific review. Learn more about our practices.
Phone cameras struggle to render text sharply in dim conditions. Natural daylight or a bright indoor lamp resolves this. Steady the phone with both hands and tap the text on-screen so autofocus locks correctly before shooting. You can also grab the mobile app for a smoother upload experience.
